Job Description

Enfinity Global is looking for an experienced and proven Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental leader in the renewable industry to oversee all QHSE systems, processes and tools in the USA.

Reporting to the COO, Americas, and working along the Global Head of QHSE, the QHSE Manager will be responsible for implementing, overseeing and improving all QHSE related processes, systems and tools in Enfinity Americas across the entire value chain (from development, into construction and operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop safety culture at Enfinity Global Americas to build a Safety First culture focused on employee well being.
• Be health, safety and environmental champion at all levels in Enfinity Global and when interacting with vendors and partners.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance with laws, regulations and policies at any time for any Enfinity personnel or third party contractors on site.
• Responsible for the creation, management and improvement of all QHSE related Standard Operating
• Procedures for the US operations
• Responsible for the creation and management of training programs for team members in the US.
• Support and guide Enfinity team members on QHSE compliance and best practices.
• Perform QHSE audits as necessary to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support team member QHSE and other trainings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical field and/or certified safety professional with relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of successful U.S. renewable energy industry HSE experience.
• Proven track record of supporting growing organizations and setting up processes and system from scratch.
• Proven track record of building up training programs for field personnel. · Proven track record of entrepreneurship within organizations and developing and leading performance improvement.
• Experience in working in multi cultural international teams.
• Proficient English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
