Perform quality control activities to help achieve a target of 99.9% accuracy for all professional services and project deployments.
Report or correct any QA issues, documentation errors, or system discrepancies to the Project Lead to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout all quality assurance processes.
Serve as the final checkpoint for all outgoing orders, ensuring product staging, accessory inclusion, and packaging/kitting meet established requirements.
Inspect devices for shipping damage and assess functionality
Test, charge, and replace battery units as needed
Load and configure network settings per customer specifications
Install and configure programs as directed by order details
Upgrade software and firmware on devices as necessary
Ensure proper device handling and storage to prevent damage
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all devices meet required specifications
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate more complex problems to technical support teams
Assist with device setup, including peripherals and accessories, as required
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
Minimum 2 years of experience in staging, production, or systems support.
Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience in a support environment.
Experience with hardware, peripherals, and connectivity support.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
