Job Title: QC Systems Specialist I

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in science (minimum)
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of prior experience is expected; advanced degrees in science may be considered to be sufficient
- Translate URS requirements into practical system solutions with the system integrator (external expert company)
- Conduct informal UAT to verify functionality before formal testing
- Enable IT & QA to deliver high-quality FS and DS on time and in full (OTIF)
- Assess business criticality of Phase 2 requirements to minimize complexity ("Remove & Reduce" - favor process change over configuration)
Job Tasks
- Support interface realization (MES, SAP, CDS) by providing and executing proper test cases
- Identify critical issues and escalate strategically when necessary
- Align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth integration
- Run business test cases to verify accuracy of configuration
Technical Skills
- Deep QC process knowledge (current & future global standards)
- Basic project management (timelines, deliverables, dependencies)
- GMP & CSV expertise to ensure compliance and validation
- Technical fluency - able to challenge IT and external vendors on technical topics
