QC Supervisor

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Supervisor to join a reputable organization in California. This newly created position is intended to help delegate the hiring manager's current workload and oversee quality control operations within the company. The QC Supervisor will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee two direct reports, ensuring that quality control processes are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Utilize strong color-matching and color knowledge experience to ensure product quality.
• Work with coatings and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Apply solid mathematical aptitude in quality control processes.
• Communicate effectively and maintain excellent interpersonal skills, especially when handling customer complaints and quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and certified quality processes.
• Utilize BatchMaster software to support quality operations.
• Lead improvements in quality operations and customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Education requirement is an AA or Bachelor's degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in a quality control role, particularly with coatings and color expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and certified quality processes.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Additional Details:

• This is a supervisor position with a salary of $70,000 per year.
