They specialize in technically complex projects that reduce operating costs, improve sustainability, and deliver long-term performance for high-profile clients.Job DescriptionThe QC Specialist - Federal Construction - Arlington, VA will be responsible for:Support the Quality Control Manager in executing the project-specific QC Plan across all phases of constructionPerform daily inspections of MEP work to ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and federal standardsCoordinate testing, commissioning, and third-party inspections for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsMaintain detailed documentation including inspection reports, deficiencies, and corrective actionsParticipate in preparatory meetings, initial inspections, and follow-up phases of work (Three Phases of Control)Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are consistently metAssist in ensuring all systems meet performance requirements during commissioning and project closeoutMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
