QC Manager - Steel Fabrication (Oxford Area)

A structural steel fabricator serving the Oxford, OH area is hiring a Quality Control Manager to run weld inspection, NDT, documentation, and code compliance in its fabrication shop.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weld inspection and NDT and lead the inspection team
• Create and manage inspection plans, QC documentation, and NCR/corrective action
• Keep all work in line with AWS D1.1/D1.5, AISC certification, and project specifications
• Coordinate with production, steel erectors, project managers, and third-party inspectors

Requirements:

• 8+ years of quality control in steel fabrication
• CWI certification
• UT Level II preferred
