QC Manager - Bridge Steel Fabrication (Relocation to Columbia, MO)

Relocation required: this role is on-site in Columbia, Missouri. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Are you a Quality Control Manager in the St. Louis area ready to relocate for a steel bridge fabrication seat? A Columbia, MO fabricator needs someone who can own AWS D1.5 compliance, NDT, and shop QC end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run inspection plans, quality documentation, and NCR/corrective action
• Lead and perform weld inspection and NDT coverage across bridge steel production
• Coordinate with production, project managers, and third-party inspectors
• Maintain compliance with AWS D1.5, AISC requirements, and project specifications

Requirements:

• Must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MO
• CWI certification
• UT Level II
• Hands-on experience with AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication quality
• 8+ years in steel fabrication QC
