QC Manager - AWS D1.5 Bridge Steel

A fabrication shop building steel bridge components near Mexico, Missouri is hiring a QC Manager to run inspection plans, NDT coordination, and shop-floor quality with a bridge-code focus.

Your focus:

• Maintain compliance with AWS D1.5, AISC requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate with production, project managers, and third-party inspectors
• Lead and perform weld inspection and NDT coverage across bridge steel production
• Build and run inspection plans, quality documentation, and NCR/corrective action

You will need:

• UT Level II
• Hands-on experience with AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication quality
• CWI certification
• 8+ years in steel fabrication QC
