Position: QC Inspector
Location: Santa Rosa
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 5:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $24.00 $26.00/hr, depending on experience
About the Role:
Temporary Quality Control Inspector supporting the Quality team with inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished medical devices to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, audits, functional testing, and quality checks
Review lot history records and Device History Records (DHR)
Inspect components, subassemblies, finished products, and tools
Document inspection and testing results following GDP requirements
Identify quality issues and support corrective actions
Perform product rework as needed
Work in a cleanroom environment
Perform temperature and particle count monitoring
Complete ERP (QAD) and MES transactions
Follow SOPs, work instructions, and established quality procedures
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
15 years of Quality Control experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing
Experience with measurement instruments and inspection techniques
Ability to read technical procedures, drawings, and specifications
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment
