    Description


    We are seeking a QC Inspectors to maintain high standards for food safety and product quality. This position is responsible for conducting product evaluations, performing sanitation and equipment inspections, conducting quality testing procedures, and ensuring products meet established specifications throughout the manufacturing process.

    No prior Quality Assurance experience is required. Our client will provide comprehensive training for candidates with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality.

    We are hiring one inspector for each shift:
    • First: 7AM - 3: 30PM
    • Second: 3: 30PM - Midnight
    • Third: Midnight - 7: 30AM

      Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct machine cleaning and sanitation inspections.
    • Perform quality checks on products to verify compliance with specifications.
    • Evaluate product appearance, flavor, texture, and overall quality.
    • Conduct salt concentration and other quality-related laboratory tests.
    • Inspect production areas to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
    • Record and maintain accurate quality assurance documentation.
    • Communicate quality concerns to production and management teams.
    • Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
    • Follow all company safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
    • Perform additional quality assurance duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

    Preferred
    • Previous food manufacturing or Quality Assurance experience is a plus but not required.
    • Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
