QC INSPECTOR
LOCATION:  Carrollton, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime
• Must be available for extended shifts of 10–12 hours and occasional weekends as needed

ROLE IMPACT: This role ensures cash controller machines and components meet quality standards before moving through production. Successful candidates will help reduce defects, maintain productivity, and support daily production demands.

KEY DUTIES
• Perform visual and functional quality inspections of cash controller machines, mechanical assemblies, and components.
• Verify part numbers, labels, wiring, assemblies, and bills of materials (BOM) against specifications and work instructions.
• Identify, document, and report defects using inspection checklists, quality control procedures, and Epicor ERP.
• Upload software, verify required documentation, and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and ensure products meet manufacturing standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience required, including production, assembly, or in-process quality control (QC). Warehouse-only experience does not qualify.
• Strong attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to follow technical work instructions and identify product defects.
• Basic computer skills, accurate documentation abilities, reliable attendance, and effective communication skills.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Manufacturing and production floor environment with exposure to mechanical assemblies, wiring, and electronic components.
• Quality inspection checklists, work instructions, bills of materials (BOM), and Epicor ERP software.
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime, extended shifts, and occasional weekends based on production needs.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience performing in- process inspections, visual inspections, functional testing, or quality assurance (QA) in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP, defect tracking, inspection documentation, and production quality standards.
• Ability to multitask, resolve quality issues, and work collaboratively with manufacturing and production teams.
