Responsibilities:
  • Perform and validate analytical methods using HPLC, Gas Chromatography, AA, and other advanced instrumentation.
  • Lead method validation projects, including protocol development and summary reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior chemists while ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, USP, and SOP standards.
  • Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety.
  • Write and revise SOPs, Test Methods, and regulatory documents.
  • Support investigations of out-of-specification results and corrective actions.
  • Partner with validation teams on cleaning validation activities.
  • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and safety across all lab operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
  • 2+ years of analytical laboratory experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compendia testing, FDA regulations, and chemical safety.
  • Hands-on expertise with analytical techniques: pH, viscosity, specific gravity, IR, HPLC, GC, atomic absorption.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • A problem-solver with strong communication skills who can lead, mentor, and inspire others.
