Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / UAT Coordinator with 2 4 years of experience in test coordination, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills to support successful testing and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA and UAT activities with business users, testers, and project teams.

• Prepare and maintain UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

• Schedule testing sessions and track execution progress.

• Document, monitor, and follow up on defects using Jira or similar tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Maintain test execution reports, defect logs, and UAT status dashboards.

• Coordinate defect resolution, retesting, and regression testing activities.

• Organize UAT meetings, document action items, and communicate testing updates.

• Track testing milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Support UAT sign-off, release readiness, and project documentation.
