    Summary

    Radwell International is seeking a detail-oriented QA Test Technician to join our Production team in Glendale, AZ. This role is responsible for testing, inspecting, and validating repaired industrial electronic and automation equipment to ensure each unit meets Radwell's quality, functionality, and reliability standards before shipment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform functional testing and quality verification of repaired industrial electronics and automation equipment
    • Follow established testing procedures and work instructions to validate product performance
    • Operate diagnostic and testing equipment to identify issues and verify repairs
    • Inspect products for quality, workmanship, and compliance with company standards
    • Accurately document testing results, findings, and corrective actions within company systems
    • Identify product defects, failures, or inconsistencies and communicate findings to Repair Technicians and leadership
    • Verify that all required repairs, calibrations, and testing procedures have been completed prior to shipment
    • Assist with root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives
    • Maintain an organized and safe work environment
    • Support continuous improvement efforts related to testing processes and quality standards
    • Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and operations personnel to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
    • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
    • Understanding of quality assurance and testing processes preferred
    • Knowledge of industrial controls, PLCs, drives, HMIs, or automation equipment is a plus
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Technical school certification in Electronics, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred
    • Experience in quality assurance, testing, repair, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or related technical fields preferred
    • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered

    Work Schedule

    This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and comply with company attendance policies.

Employees may spend extended periods standing, walking, and performing testing procedures while maintaining quality and safety standards.
