Working closely with Operations and Engineering, this role supports a wide range of in\u2011house PCBA soldering modifications using well\u2011defined methods and accessible documentation. The technician also contributes to internal root\u2011cause analysis and corrective\u2011action activities to support continuous improvement.\n \nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Follow documented inspection procedures for both electrical and mechanical evaluations.\n Perform SMT/PCBA incoming inspection to verify conformance to specifications.\n Execute in\u2011house PCBA changes, rework, and soldering modifications as required.\n Conduct incoming mechanical inspections using precision measurement tools.\n Document incoming inspection failures and initiate return to vendor paperwork. Could include conference calls with Vendors.\n Accurately document findings and enter inspection data into the ERP system.\n Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.\n Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, including problem\u2011solving and corrective actions.\n Position could extend to Cable/Crimp inspection with training.\n \nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\n High School Diploma or equivalent required.\n 2\u20134 years of relevant experience in electronics, SMT, quality inspection, or a related field.\n Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools (calipers, micrometers).\n Experience with microscope inspection and SMT soldering required.\n IPC J\u2011STD\u2011001 and/or IPC\u2011A\u2011610 certification preferred.\n \nJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\n\n Ability to read and interpret PCBA drawings, diagrams, schematics, and related documentation.\n Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity; skilled in hand\u2011tools and soldering techniques.\n Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills required.\n Proficient in Microsoft Office.\n* Comfortable working with microscopes and other precision inspection equipment.\n \nSalary Range: \n \n$44,500.00-$59,300.000\n \nPay Transparency\n \nThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
