    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
    •Conducts at least two quality checks for each production machine per shift. This includes 
    measurements, seal integrity, proper hot melt application, and general overall appearance.
    •Performs first off inspections for each production line at the beginning of each shift to release 
    for production.
    •Performs finished product audits as required, minimum once per shift.
    •Documents instances of nonconforming materials and oversees the quarantining of effected 
    materials including making inventory transactions.
    •Enters quality data into various data entry programs.
    •Must be able to work overtime as needed, as required, and sometimes on short notice.
    •Other duties as assigned.
    Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    Qualifications:
    • Manufacturing experience preferred.

    Skills/Competencies
    Language & Communication:
    • Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing English independently. 
    • Must have good interpersonal skills. 
    Technical Skills:
    • Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions.
    • Ability to read and interpret procedures, test methods, and other quality system documents.
    • Most have moderate proficiency in arithmetic and able to read a tape measure/ruler.
    • Excellent attention to safety, detail, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must be able to use hand-held devices and tablets.
