10:00 PM-6:00 AM

This Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure accuracy throughout client production projects in a fast-paced direct mail environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with production quality experience who thrive managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience Requirements

• Six months to one year of quality experience in a production environment required
• Direct mail experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ISO 9001 documentation, postal regulations, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience handling confidential or PHI information under HIPAA guidelines preferred

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while reviewing production materials
• Manual dexterity for handling printed and inserted materials
• Ability to work a Sunday through Thursday overnight schedule, ten p.m. to six a.m.
• Availability for overtime as needed

Job Duties

• Review job specifications, digitally printed materials and inserted output for accuracy
• Perform ongoing quality checks throughout the production process
• Set up and maintain job jackets for approximately 150 to 250 jobs per day
• Verify paperwork and production orders are complete, accurate and properly logged
• Review insert tracking systems and complete postal functions and daily reporting
• Identify errors or inconsistencies within client specifications and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain quality-control documentation and follow security, HIPAA and ISO procedures
