About Packet DigitalPacket Digital designs and manufactures advanced battery and electronic solutions for portable devices, embedded systems, and unmanned aircraft. We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.In this role, you'll work closely with production and engineering teams to inspect materials, monitor manufacturing processes, investigate quality issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.What You'll DoPerform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Maintain accurate quality and production records.Identify quality concerns and assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions.Support equipment testing, validation, and production startup activities.Assist with employee training and documentation of manufacturing processes.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to improve quality and efficiency.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and yield.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForRequiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.PreferredExperience with lithium-ion battery manufacturing.Familiarity with quality control processes such as IQC, FQC, and OQC.Experience with MES systems, process validation, PFMEA, or related quality tools.Knowledge of X-ray inspection, capacity grading, or battery production processes.Willingness to travel for training or supplier support, as needed.Why Join Packet Digital?Competitive pay and benefitsCareer growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentOpportunity to work with cutting-edge battery technologyMake a direct impact in a growing companyEqual Opportunity EmployerPacket Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
