What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help ensure our products meet the high standards our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Inspecting in-process and finished goods on the production floor
  • Performing basic product tests and documenting results accurately
  • Completing quality records and reports, including nonconformance documentation
  • Assisting with audits and supporting production teams as needed
  • Communicating quality concerns to supervisors and helping train operators once you're fully trained
  • Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

We welcome motivated candidates - and we're especially interested in individuals who have:
  • Six months to one year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently once trained
  • Flexibility and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience with EtQ or manufacturing specifications is a plus.
