QA Tech - Bilingual

Nesco Resource is now hiring a QA Technician

Schedule will be - Day Shift – 6 am to 6 pm

12hrs rotation schedule

Schedule every 2 weeks.

Mon-Tue – work

Wednesday & Thursday – OFF

Friday – Saturday- work

Sunday – work

Monday – Tuesday – Off

Wednesday & Thursday – work

Friday, Saturday & Sunday – OFF

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and testing of products throughout the production process.
• Inspect raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Perform measurements using calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Collect product samples and perform required quality checks.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Identify and report defective or nonconforming products.
• Place products on hold when quality requirements are not met.
• Communicate quality concerns to Production and Quality Management.
• Assist with identifying the root cause of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Follow established SOPs, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with audits and other quality-related activities as needed.
