Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project quality plans and procedures
- Inspecting work in place for compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes
- Managing submittals, testing, and inspection documentation
- Coordinating with project teams, owners, and third-party inspectors
- Tracking deficiencies and verifying corrective action through closeout
- Leading quality training and continuous improvement efforts on site
The ideal candidate will have:
- QA/QC management experience on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Excellent documentation, inspection, and reporting skills
