Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Lead quality management activities supporting hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, commissioning teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and achieved.

- Manage inspection programs associated with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, and commissioning scopes.
- Monitor field quality performance and verify compliance through inspections, audits, observations, and documentation reviews.
- Support testing and commissioning readiness activities, turnover requirements, and customer acceptance processes.
- Maintain project quality reports, inspection logs, punch lists, NCR tracking, corrective action plans, and turnover documentation.
- Provide quality training, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
