QA/QC Manager

A respected commercial builder in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a QA/QC Manager to lead quality across its projects. You'll partner with project teams and trade partners to make sure the work is built right the first time, from preconstruction through turnover.

What You'll Do

• Develop and run project-specific quality control plans for commercial projects
• Lead preparatory, initial and follow-up inspections with superintendents and trade partners
• Review submittals, specifications and mockups for compliance with plans and codes
• Track deficiencies and punch items through closeout and turnover
• Coordinate third-party testing and inspections and keep quality records organized
• Train field teams on quality standards and share lessons learned across projects

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction quality experience with a general contractor or owner
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, codes and specifications
• Experience running inspection and testing programs on ground-up or major renovation projects
• Clear communication and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• A degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience; CQM certification a plus
