QA/QC Manager

Project focus

We are looking for a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control activities across major data center projects. You will oversee MEP and construction quality, manage inspections and documentation, and ensure installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Key skills and Experience required

• 7+ years of QA/QC or construction inspection experience
• Experience working on data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or MEP-intensive projects
• Strong understanding of MEP construction, drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Experience developing and managing project QA/QC plans
• Experience conducting field inspections and installation quality reviews
• Experience reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation
• Strong experience managing NCRs, punch lists, deficiencies, and quality documentation
• Experience supporting commissioning, equipment readiness, and project turnover
• Familiarity with relevant construction codes and standards such as NFPA, ASTM, ASHRAE, IBC, or ISO
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, commissioning teams, and construction teams
