QA/QC Manager - Federal/Public Construction Projects

This privately owned, nationally recognized contractor has been delivering construction services for more than 60 years, specializing in large and complex projects across sectors such as data centers, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, healthcare, hospitality, education, and commercial developments. Investigate quality deficiencies, document non-conformance issues, and implement corrective measures to improve overall project performance.

• Establish and manage project quality control processes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Perform site inspections and coordinate testing, startup, and verification activities to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
• Evaluate submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and other project records to confirm compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to contract documents, regulatory codes, and industry best practices.
• Partner with project teams and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality-related concerns while supporting schedule commitments.
• Investigate quality deficiencies, document non-conformance issues, and implement corrective measures to improve overall project performance.

• Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality management systems.
• Experience managing quality programs on large-scale, complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety, with the ability to enforce standards and drive compliance on projects.
• Open to travel as needed
