QA/QC Manager - Data Center Construction

A growing general contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is hiring a QA/QC Manager to lead quality on large data center and mission critical projects. You'll be the go-to person for getting it built right the first time, working alongside a project team that takes quality seriously.

What You'll Do

• Build and run the project quality control plan from preconstruction through turnover
• Lead preparatory, initial and follow-up inspections with field teams and trade partners
• Track deficiencies, NCRs and corrective actions through closeout
• Coordinate third-party testing, commissioning support and owner quality requirements
• Review submittals and keep QA/QC documentation organized and audit-ready

What You Bring

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience with a general contractor
• Data center, mission critical or other complex commercial project experience
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, specifications and inspection practices
• Comfort with Procore or similar quality tracking software
• Clear communication and a steady, detail-minded approach
