    ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Huntington Beach, CA. You will work alongside Engineering and Production teams to solve problems, champion quality standards, and shape processes that keep our operations running at their best.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love getting to the root of a problem, and take pride in doing things right — we want to hear from you.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner with Engineering and Production to deliver high-quality, reliable products on schedule and within budget

Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to resolve quality issues quickly and permanently

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure components and assemblies meet specifications

Review, update, and create assembly procedures, acceptance test procedures, SOPs, schematics, and technical drawings

Drive in-line QA processes and participate in product testing to continuously improve production flow

Collaborate with internal fabrication and assembly teams as well as external vendors and suppliers

Analyze quality data to identify trends, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of quality management systems

    WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience

4+ years of Quality Control experience, with 2+ years in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of electronics, mechanical systems, and production processes

Hands-on experience with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and gauges

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration

Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills

Familiarity with process validation and change control procedures

    WHAT SETS YOU APART

Experience in the aerospace or defense manufacturing sector

Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality management frameworks

Proven ability to write clear, concise SOPs and technical documentation

Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, on-site position in a warehouse and production facility. The role involves a blend of hands-on floor work and desk-based tasks. Candidates should be comfortable in an environment with moderate noise, variable temperatures, and fluorescent lighting. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs is required.
