    Are you a detail-driven BIM professional with a passion for quality, standards, and technical excellence? Do you enjoy supporting design teams through structured reviews, asset development, and training initiatives? We’re looking for a QA/QC Assistant to join one of our U.S.-based clients in California. This role focuses on BIM Management and QA/QC support, combining project audits, standards development, and structured training delivery. This is a Full Time role working in Pacific Time (PT).     What you’ll do:

    • Support BIM Management and QA/QC processes across active projects.

    • Perform Revit model audits and drawing reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.

    • Review and redline models during SD, DD, and CD phases.

    • Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain quality standards and workflow consistency.

    • Develop and update Revit templates, title blocks, view templates, and startup kits.

    • Create and maintain standard detail libraries and Revit assets (doors, windows, storefronts, balconies, railings, stairs, below-grade conditions, parking, retaining systems, kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and more).

    • Monitor internal standards, naming conventions, and compliance dashboards.

    • Deliver weekly micro-trainings and monthly workshops to improve documentation quality and modeling best practices.

    • Provide 1:1 technical support to team members when needed.


    What you must have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

    • Strong experience in BIM Management and QA/QC support.

    • Advanced proficiency in Revit.

    • Advanced English level.

    • Solid understanding of BIM workflows and model health auditing.

    • Experience developing Revit templates, libraries, and documentation assets.

    • Strong knowledge of architectural documentation standards and coordination processes.

    • Ability to support SD, DD, and CD quality control cycles.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • Software Required Revit, BIM

    A great plus:

    • Experience working with SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, and Enscape.
