QA Manager/Technical PM (Antigravity)

Location: San Jose CA
- Department: Engineering / Quality Assurance.

Technical Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Automation: Hands-on experience building frameworks from scratch (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or PyTest).
- CI/CD: Deep expertise in integrating automation suites with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java; SQL; and API testing (Postman, REST Assured).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team.
- Own the strategy for automated nightly test runs and CI/CD test gates.
- Establish and track critical quality metrics (test coverage, defect escape rate, cycle time).
- Manage the triage process and provide "Go/No-Go " recommendations for releases.
