QA Lead-with Workday

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end QA activities for Workday projects, including Integration Testing, File/Interface Testing, System Testing, and UAT Support.

Own and maintain all test artifacts, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports.

Perform hands-on testing of Workday integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, data validation, and file transfers.

Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage and timely defect resolution.

Manage and mentor a QA team, assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.

Drive defect triage meetings, track testing progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Support release validation, regression testing, and production readiness activities.

Required Skills:

8+ years of QA experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Integrations.

Strong experience in Integration Testing, Interface/File Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.

Proven experience creating and managing Test Strategy, Test Plans, RTM, and other QA documentation.

Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
