QA Lead / Testing Manager

Title: Automation tester/QA Lead
Location: Chicago, IL Onsite
Duration: 6 Months of Contract

Role:
Looking for an Automation tester with strong hands-on experience building and executing automated tests using Smart Spec tool (based on Node.js with Cucumber/Gherkin). Also should know API automation.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain automation suites using Smart Spec (Node.js), Cucumber, Gherkin
Design and execute API automation (functional regression)
Partner with dev/QA/product to convert requirements into BDD scenarios and automated tests
Debug automation failures and ensure stable, reliable test runs

Must Have:
Strong automation experience as Automation test Engineer
Hands-on with Node.js-based automation, Cucumber Gherkin
Strong API automation experience

Preferred:
Banking/payments domain experience
TSYS automation/testing experience (highly preferred)
