QA Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Quality Assurance processes Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case Review, and Estimation Defect Management using JIRA/Azure DevOps/ALM Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing SQL for validation and analysis Agile/Scrum project delivery experience Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects and releases. Define test strategy, test plans, estimation, and quality metrics. Review test cases, test execution results, and defect reports. Coordinate with business, development, and support teams for successful releases. Mentor QA team members and drive continuous quality improvements. Provide status reporting, risk assessment, and release sign-off.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Retail/E-commerce domain experience API Testing exposure using Postman Automation testing knowledge (Selenium or similar tools) Release and Test Environment Management
