Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering
Experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer Strong end‐to‐end testing experience across complex systems Background in regulatory, compliance, KYC, AML, or risk‐based initiatives Excellent test planning, execution, and reporting skills Strong communication skills with both technical and business partners Ability to work independently with full QA ownership Soft Skills & Working Style Calm, confident, and composed under pressure Detail‐oriented and highly organized Comfortable working with direct and experienced business partners Able to push back constructively while maintaining strong relationships Clear and concise in documentation and reporting
