whether the role is hybrid or onsite 5 days a week: the location is preferable Miami, on-site in the office. But we know that it is difficult to find resources there, so for sure we need someone on the time zone, and depending on the candidate we can evaluate. Other hybrid options, of course, are better than full remote but worse than on-site. If at least is possible to travel during UAT and go-live will be preferable also.

QA Functional Coordinator (Temenos T24 Migration)

Role Overview

The QA Functional Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and driving end-to-end testing activities throughout the Temenos T24 migration programme. Acting as the main point of coordination between business users, functional teams, technical teams and project management to ensure testing is delivered efficiently, issues are resolved promptly and progress is accurately reported.

The role requires a strong understanding of Temenos T24, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple testing streams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing phases across functional workstreams.
• Coordinate testing activities with project stakeholders and escalate risks where appropriate.
• Test Design : Creating test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Support business users during test execution, helping resolve blockers and ensuring timely completion of testing activities.
• Log, track and follow up defects through to resolution, working closely with functional and technical teams. Collaborate with the development team to analyze and resolve defects efficiently.
• Understand business priorities and issues' criticality. Prioritize and escalate critical issues impacting project timelines. Ensure defects are tracked, resolved, and re-tested within agreed timelines.
• Maintain test execution and defect information in Jira/Xray.
• Monitor testing progress and produce regular KPIs and status reports.
• Ensure testing deliverables comply with project governance and quality standards.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.
• Deliver user training sessions to support business readiness and adoption.
• Generate and present test execution reports, and incident resolution reports, to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• Good functional knowledge of Temenos T24 and banking processes, preferably in private and wealth management
• Experience coordinating testing activities in complex banking programmes.
• Experience using Jira/Xray or similar test management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across business and IT teams.
• Functional expertise in one or more banking domains (e.g. Wealth Management, Trading, Payments, Lending, Deposits, Treasury or Customer Management).
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is considered a plus.

Desirable

• Experience working on Temenos T24 release R2x implementation, upgrade or migration projects.
• Experience creating training documentation and user guidance materials.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and software testing best practices and tools
• On-site in Miami, or at least EST timezone
