Job Title: QA Engineer Automated 3

Location(s): Austin, TX


Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced QA Engineer Automated 3 to support a contract operations application modernization initiative focused on contract management, monitoring, compliance, and reporting systems. The role involves both automated and manual testing responsibilities within an Agile software development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Playwright or similar automation tools.
  • Create and execute manual and automated test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Establish automated test execution schedules and reporting processes.
  • Track and document test execution results.
  • Log, manage, and track defects using Jira.
  • Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
  • Support development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot failed test cases and testing issues.
  • Lead and coordinate UAT testing activities when required.
  • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in manual and automated QA testing.
  • Expertise in test script creation and execution.
  • Performance testing experience.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong defect tracking and test management experience.
  • Ability to work independently on complex assignments.
