Job Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution while supporting the Employee Document Repository (EDR) product team. The role combines business execution, testing, reporting, and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery and support of enterprise document repository capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, and Agile delivery teams to develop test cases, execute testing activities, manage defects, validate releases, and provide operational reporting and analysis for EDR-related initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria

  • Perform:

  • Functional Testing

  • Regression Testing

  • Integration Testing

  • Release Validation Testing

  • Review test cases and expected outcomes with Product Owners and stakeholders

  • Ensure adequate test coverage across business requirements

  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple releases

Defect Management

  • Identify, document, and track defects
  • Work with technology teams to investigate and resolve issues
  • Monitor defect status through remediation and closure
  • Maintain defect reporting and testing documentation
  • Resolve testing ambiguities and clarify requirements

Agile Delivery Support

  • Participate in:

  • Daily Standups

  • Sprint Planning

  • Backlog Refinement

  • Sprint Reviews

  • Retrospectives

  • Support Agile delivery and release management activities

  • Validate completed user stories against acceptance criteria

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform data validation and analysis using SQL
  • Utilize SQL Server Management Studio for testing and data review
  • Analyze testing results and identify trends
  • Develop reporting and status updates for stakeholders
  • Support release readiness and reporting activities

Business & Operational Support

  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders
  • Support Employee Document Repository enhancements and releases
  • Assist with operational issue resolution and process improvement efforts
  • Maintain testing artifacts, execution summaries, and supporting documentation
