1. Mandatory Requirements
- USAA Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Lead at USAA.
- Location: Plano, TX (preferred) or San Antonio, TX (acceptable). Remote work is not an option.
- Core Technology: Billing, Base, Saleforce , test automation, and Playwright (UI and API) are mandatory.
- Overall Experience: 10+ years in software testing, including QA leadership and automation.
2. Functional & Leadership Skills
