Pay Range: $45.00 - $48/Hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for modern web applications, APIs, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to AI-assisted testing and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.
- Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
- Develop automated testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Perform load and performance testing using JMeter.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects throughout the SDLC.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates.
- Explore and leverage AI-assisted testing tools and practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and continuously improve test frameworks and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA and Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar programming languages.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing in modern DevOps environments.
- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to AI technologies, AI-assisted software development, or AI-driven test automation.
- Experience with JMeter and performance/load testing.
- Experience with TestComplete or similar automated testing tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and modern application architectures.
