QA Automation Engineer

Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Long Term Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Identify test requirements, test scenarios and test data requirements
Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, creating reusable test data, test case automation, and test execution
Perform planning, test design and test execution for both frontend UI and backend services validation
Develop automation test scenarios and enhance automation test platform
Develop Test Automation scripts using Cucumber Framework and Selenium
Create and facilitate test plans/reviews with team
Execute manual and automated test cases
Create test summary report and get QA sign-off

Required:

8+ years of working experience in automating tests using Selenium and TestNG
6+ years of thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Java, Scrum, and SQL
6+ years of proven experience in the software testing domain
6+ years of quality analyst technical experience
Knowledge of quality assurance testing tools.

Desired:

Experience with .NET, Python

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information, or any other related field
