QA Associate I - Onsite

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a QA Associate I for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Frederick, MD. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This position provides crucial clerical and administrative support for documentation processes and systems. The role involves creating controlled documents, maintaining the document archival room, and ensuring the accuracy and retrievability of all records through filing, scanning, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support related to documentation processes and systems
• Create logbooks and other control issued documents
• Assist in maintaining the document archival room
• Responsible for filing and maintenance of controlled documents and records
• Ensure files are accurate and easily retrievable
• Scan, verify and archive documentation and records
• Perform general word processing tasks and support ensuring accuracy
• Ensure the correct and timely input of database entries
• Participate in training on issues affecting own area of work
• Notify manager of compliance questions and issues
• Provide additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management

Requirements:

• Attention to detail

• Typing and computer skills
• Verbal and written communication
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Desired skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Pay range: up to $27.55 per hour
