Position Description:

Seneca Resources is seeking two QA Analysts to support an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation. This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional with experience testing enterprise SaaS and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications, validating complex workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable business solutions.

As a QA Analyst, you will apply advanced testing expertise to design and execute comprehensive test strategies across CLM modules, integrations, workflows, templates, permissions, and document-generation capabilities. You will work independently, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and help ensure systems are ready for production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for CLM modules, workflows, templates, permissions, and integrations.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) aligned with program milestones.
  • Validate contract clauses, metadata, templates, approval routing, workflow behavior, and system outputs against business requirements.
  • Coordinate defect logging, triage, analysis, retesting, and resolution with functional subject matter experts, developers, and system integrators.
  • Validate data flowing into and out of the CLM platform, ensuring compliance with mapping rules and upstream and downstream system requirements.
  • Perform testing across SIT, UAT, and pre-production environments.
  • Support go-live readiness, cutover activities, and production deployment planning.
  • Maintain test evidence, requirements traceability, documentation, and audit-ready artifacts in accordance with quality assurance and compliance standards.
  • Design, support, and maintain automated regression scripts using tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
  • Communicate testing status, risks, issues, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
  • Apply industry knowledge and independent judgment to resolve complex testing challenges and improve QA processes.

Top Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing for enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • 3+ years of experience testing complex COTS products in an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of experience creating clear, actionable defect reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
  • Experience with Jira and Zephyr for test execution, test management, and defect tracking.
  • Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar test automation tools, including designing or supporting automated regression testing.
  • Experience executing SIT and UAT testing cycles.
  • Experience validating requirements traceability and aligning test coverage to business requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced project environment.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work performed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Icertis ICM or Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software transformations.
  • Experience testing document generation, workflow automation, contract management, or clause management solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations, data mapping, and system-to-system validation.
  • Experience supporting production readiness, go-live cutover, or implementation transitions.
