We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in ETL/Data Warehouse testing, Test Automation, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.

• 8+ years of QA experience.
• 3+ years leading QA teams.
• Strong experience building automation frameworks.
• 2+ years of IAM testing experience.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience in Banking preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics.
• Drive test governance, risk management, and defect management processes.
• Coordinate with Business, Development, Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps Boards).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced Agile team.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year
