    Job Duration: 6 Months + Extension

    Summary:
    • We are seeking a senior-level QA Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD.
    • This candidate will be involved in the QA Testing efforts that will design and execute test cases for CyberDW and the Cyber Data Dashboards.
    • Identify, report, and track defects as well as participate in creating and maintaining regression test plans, cases, and scripts.
    • This role supports the delivery of reliable systems by identifying defects and verifying requirements are met.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
    • Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance phases.
    • Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
    • Ensure traceability of requirements and maintain test documentation. Participate in agile scrum calls with the CyberDW team and provide feedback on system usability and stability.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
    • Identify, evaluate, and manage the documentation and deliverables required for each project testing and automation.
    Skills:
    • 7-10 years experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business systems analysis. Financial services and banking background preferred.
    • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of and experience in the use of Test management tools - i.e., JIRA. Additional experience in use of Confluence would be advantageous.
    • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or Scrum frameworks. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and documentation skills.
    • Must be able to scrub and analyze data. Strong experience writing SQL queries, familiarity with joins, CTEs, looking for data outliers, etc.
