Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands-on coding experience

- Experience with HCM - Core HR and Self-Service.
- Hands on experience in working on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience in driving strategic discussion with business users on business process functional areas of HCM and Redwood.
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
- Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder.
- Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management.
- Experience on Oracle Cloud Talent Management module.
- Experience on Oracle Cloud HCM - Security module.
- End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules - requirement gathering, configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
