Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables

- Relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HCM & Time tracking) across Implementation / Support / Development projects
- Experience in Workday cloud platform.
- Extensive experience in time tracking design configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting Time Tracking issues, data discrepancies, and process defects.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Time Tracking configurations.
- Ability to configure and maintain: Time Entry Codes, Time Calculations, Work Schedules, Shift Configurations, Time-Based Validation Rules, Time Entry Templates.
- Ability to design and configure time calculation rules, premiums, and overtime calculations.
- Ability to support integration of Time Tracking with: Payroll, Absence Management, HCM, Third-party Time Clocks.
- Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
- Manage and run Workday Major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment
Exposure to Workday Technical skillset.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
