Python Full Stack Developer (Azure Databricks)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $77/hr (W2)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required (W2 only – No C2C, No third parties)



Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with Azure Databricks exposure to design, build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions. This role focuses on back-end systems, APIs, and data-driven applications while collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong foundational experience building applications from the ground up using Python and SQL, with hands-on system design expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications, APIs, and scripts using Python
  • Build highly scalable applications in Core Python
  • Work with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
  • Design and integrate databases, third-party services, and RESTful APIs
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews
  • Support CI/CD and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Assist in system design and architectural decisions

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (application development from ground up)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps)
  • Experience designing scalable system architectures
  • Current hands-on development experience (not support or QA-focused roles)
