Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Python application development, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django, Kafka, SQL, Oracle, Hadoop, Starburst/Trino, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and REST APIs.
- Build microservices and Kafka-based event-driven integrations.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and data-processing solutions.
- Work with OpenShift, Redis, object storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support application deployments, production releases, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Develop workflow orchestration solutions using Apache Airflow/Astronomer.
- Follow Git-based version control, code review, unit testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform modernization and enterprise automation initiatives.
