Job brief
We are seeking a contract Python developer to create and enhance conversational AI chatbots using frameworks like LangChain. This is a remote, project-based 1099 contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain Python-based chatbots for multiple business use cases.
- Integrate intelligent chatbots with upstream and downstream data and systems
- Enhance natural language processing performance via frameworks like LangChain
- Train chatbot models leveraging machine learning and neural networks
- Maintain thorough documentation of chatbot configuration, training and enhancements
- Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and share progress.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years professional experience with Python development
- Strong grasp of modern chatbot frameworks and libraries (LangChain experience a plus)
- Familiarity training AI models including reinforcement learning methodologies
- Passion for leveraging NLP and chatbots to improve CX and EX
- Eligibility to work in a 1099 capacity with no employer restrictions
