Pyroprocessing & Grinding Solutions Sales Manager
Location: Allentown, PA
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + 15% uncapped sales incentive

A day in the role
Your morning might start in a cement plant, tracing a kiln’s thermal profile and discussing clinker cooler bottlenecks. By afternoon, you’re crafting a commercial proposal for an HPGR upgrade, aligning with product and engineering teams, and updating your CRM with a clean, accurate forecast. Along the way, you’re deepening relationships with plant managers and executives, translating complex equipment capabilities into measurable performance gains.
What you will do
- Cultivate and expand customer relationships across your territory.
- Discover new opportunities within cement and heavy industrial facilities.
- Promote and sell technical solutions, equipment upgrades, and capital equipment for Pyro & Grinding applications.
- Partner with customers to diagnose operational challenges and propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Build and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead pricing, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations through award.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, proposal, product, and project management teams.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRM.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support projects and relationships.
What you bring
- Background in technical sales, capital equipment sales, applications engineering, or business development within an industrial setting.
- Fluency with engineered equipment and the skill to convert technical concepts into customer value.
- Experience selling into cement, mining, minerals, aggregates, bulk material handling, or other heavy/process industries is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Pyro, kilns, coolers, grinding, mills, or related cement equipment is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and originate new business.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations.
