Overview The Pursuits Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the company's pursuit process and related activities to advance strategic business objectives and successful project capture efforts. The Pursuits Coordinator works directly in support of the Pursuits Manager and collaborates with Business Development, Marketing, Estimating, and other stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute project pursuits from opportunity qualification through contract award. Responsibilities Attends Pre-Bid Meetings and supports pursuit planning activities. Coordinates proposal and presentation development activities throughout the pursuit lifecycle Scheduling and facilitating pursuit Win Strategy meetings, proposal kick-off meetings, and other related activities, establishing timelines and deadlines Reviews RFP and bid/qualifications request documents so that client requirements are clearly understood and complied with Prepares Win Strategy Meeting and Proposal Outline forms, in line with the win strategy and client requirements Prepares a proposal schedule that includes ample time for submittal development, production, required reviews, and delivery Coordinates the proposal and presentation efforts with Marketing, Estimating, Operations, and other assigned resources Tailors proposal narratives, resumes, and project profile write-ups as needed, including accurately proofing and editing text Monitors progress and reports status of all submittal elements to the Opportunity Owner and assigned resources on a continuous basis to ensure the timely and quality preparation of a submittal Maintains pursuit records and opportunity information within CRM systems. Supports implementation of pursuit strategies and action items established during win strategy and other required review meetings Supports pursuits SOP compliance, document control, and continuous improvement initiatives Supports Marketing with content development, updates, and maintenance of project and staff data for use in pursuits and proposals Qualifications Work Experience and Education Must have minimum of (3) years of A/E/C/ Industry experience coordinating proposals, presentations, and other similar deliverables.
